Jurusan Teknik Industri, Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Universitas Islam Indonesia (FTI UII) menggelar Institut Supply Chain Logistic Indonesia (ISLI) Champ 2019. ISLI Champ 2019 diikuti 35 mahasiswa, 71 dosen dan 16 peserta VIP (Very Important Persons).
Dijelaskan Ketua Panitia, Dr Ir Dwi Handayani, ST, MSc, IPM, ISLI merupakan suatu lembaga yang beranggotakan 100 perguruan tinggi di seluruh Indonesia. ISLI bertujuan mengembangkan supply chain dan logistik di Indonesia melalui penelitian-penelitian dan diskusi ilmiah.
“Tahun 2019, Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknologi Industri UII berkesempatan menjadi tuan rumah untuk penyelenggaraan UII- ISLICamp 2019. Kita menghadirkan pembicara Prof Ir I Nyoman Pujawan MEng, PhD,CSCP, Ketua Umum ISLI dari ITS (Institut Teknologi Surabaya,red) dan Prof Senator Nur Bahagia dari ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung),” kata Dwi Handayani
Lebih lanjut Dwi Handayani mengatakan UII ISLI CAMP 2019 merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk menambah wawasan di bidang supply chain dan logistik industri kreatif. Tema yang diusung ‘Digitalisasi Supply Chain pada Industri Kreatif di Yogyakarta.’
Peserta jelas Dwi Handayani, akan mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan melalui dialog bersama akademisi, pelaku bisnis, dan komunitas. Untuk dosen, akan diadakan diskusi penyusunan roadmap penelitian di bidang supply chain dan logistik.
“Sedangkan bagi mahasiswa, akan diadakan kuliah umum ERP-SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning – System Application and Processing). Selain itu, dalam kegiatan UII ISLI Camp 2019 ini juga diadakan kunjungan ke industri kreatif, penulisan book chapter, dan lomba poster mahasiswa,” katanya.
Sedang Dr Drs Imam Djati Widodo, MEng.Sc, Wakil Rektor Bidang Pengembangan Akademik dan Riset mengatakan UII merasa beruntung menjadi tuan rumah ISLI Champ 2019. UII akan mendapatkan ilmu serta ikut mengembangkan tentang supply chain dan logistik yang relatif masih baru ini.
Ketinggalan
Menurut Prof Senator, saat ini, supply chain dan logistik di Indonesia masih ketinggalan dibandingkan dengan negara-negara ASEAN. “Indonesia hanya menang dengan Laos,” kata Senator kepada wartawan di FTI UII.
Dijelaskan Senator, ketertinggalan Indonesia dengan negara ASEAN ini salah satunya Indonesia mencetuskan Supply Chain ini sebagai ilmu baru 2013. Sedang negara lain sudah lebih dahulu menggarapnya.
“Kita tertinggal karena fokus pemerintah kurang greget. Selain itu, Perpres tentang supply chain juga tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik. Logistik hanya berhubungan transportasi, tidak mendukung dengan perkembangan ekonomi,” tandas Senator.
Sementara I Nyoman Pujawan mengatakan kondisi geografis Indonesia yang banyak pulau membuat supply chain tidak bisa berkembang dengan baik. Sebab pengiriman logistik agar sampai pada pulau-pulau membutuhkan lebih dari satu moda angkutan.
Selain itu, volume logistik yang diangkut dari wilayah Indonesia Barat ke Indonesia Timur tidak seimbang. Sehingga pengiriman logistik ke Indonesia bagian Timur menjadi mahal. Sebab kapal menuju ke Timur penuh dengan muatan, sedang sebaliknya tidak banyak isinya.
“Infrastruktur untuk mengangkut logistik ke wilayah Indonesia timur menggunakan kapal laut sudah bagus. Tetapi koneksi darat untuk sampai ke tujuan belum bagus. Salah satu contohnyam universitas di Indonesia Timur yang ingin membangun gedung mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan bahan bangunan. Ini yang kasat mata,” tandas Nyoman.
